Where is Mill Pond Park?
Beautiful Mill Pond Park is located in the heart of Downtown Menomonee Falls between Main Street and Roosevelt Drive on the west side of Mill Pond and the Menomonee River.
The major feature of the park is the pond that was created when the Menomonee River was dammed (Lepper Dam) to supply water power for a mill. The mill has long been removed, but the pond, Lepper Dam, and spillway still exist at the south end of the park. This spillway is commonly known as “the falls” but the original waterfall is actually located down stream in Lime Kiln Park.
This park includes a shelter with restrooms, picnic areas, benches, tables, fishing, a bike trail and parking.
