The beauty of the roaring falls in the middle of the Downtown is breathtaking with a rich historical past. In the spring of 1975 I started as a young apprentice barber at a shop located in Downtown. After 10 years I started “Pete’s Headliners” on Appleton Avenue. My dream fulfilled when in 1999 I purchased a historical building and started “Pete’s Main St. Headliners”.

Menomonee Falls is nestled within the quaint backdrop of historic buildings and the Menomonee River. Visitors can tour Lime Kiln Park or listen to live music at the gazebo next to the Mill Pond. Our local restaurants, galleries, and specialty stores welcome you to visit their unique shops, all within walking distance. We are proud to say that downtown Menomonee Falls has been home to Robin’s Nest for 34 years!

As a resident of Menomonee Falls for the past 18 years, my wife and I enjoy walking in the Downtown and stopping at the many shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and bakeries that line the beautiful downtown streets. The river walk with its large trees and beautiful landscaping winding through the Downtown and historic neighborhoods bring back that small town urban charm. Toss in a large waterfall or two and sit back and enjoy a beverage or sandwich on the many outdoor sidewalk and patio offerings. Menomonee Falls Downtown is truly pedestrian friendly and a magical place to be!
